Hi, not sure if you are still making plans to move to Monrovia but I just came across your blog and found it interesting. I was reading through a few of your post and came across this one. I am a Liberian and was just in Monrovia late 2013. I am glad to hear you are interested in moving there but I advise you to secure a job first. Expenses can really add up. The hotels cost more than the hotels in the states. You can look at sites such as usajobs.gov for positions in Liberia or devnetjobs.org or reliefweb or even the liberian government website or usa embassy in liberia’s website. That’s my only advice. Secure something before you go
